Beech Mountain Parks and Recreation hosts the annual Kiddo Fishing Derby on Lake Coffey. Free for children 12 & under. Participants should bring their own pole & tackle to compete. They will have gift bags for all participants. Registration will be in person at Lake Coffey. The derby will start at 9am and ends at 12pm. For more information, call 828-387-3003.
